1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the top77fn website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
top77fn reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must immediately notify top77fn customer support. top77fn is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available.
- Do not access your account from public or shared devices.

4 Deposits and Payments
top77fn accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks). All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. top77fn reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. VIP players may be eligible for higher deposit limits.
top77fn does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, GCash, PayMaya) may impose transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5 Withdrawals and Payouts
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.
- You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements for bonuses or promotions before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
- top77fn may require identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding ₱10,000.
- Withdrawal processing times: GCash and PayMaya (5–15 minutes), Bank Transfer (1–3 business days).

10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, top77fn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
top77fn is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, payment provider errors, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.
11 Account Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
top77fn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff, or suspected money laundering. In the event of termination for cause, top77fn may forfeit your account balance.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with top77fn customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
